7. Payments & Subscriptions
Certain Moppichat features may be offered as paid products, subscriptions, or purchases.
Prices, billing periods, included features, and other applicable details will be presented before a purchase where required.
Subscription and payment issues may be subject to the policies of the platform or payment provider through which the purchase was made.

8. AI Features
Moppichat may provide AI-powered features such as Gallifai.
AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. AI output should not automatically be treated as authoritative, professional, or guaranteed information.
You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content and should exercise appropriate judgment when relying on it.
9. Intellectual Property
Moppichat, its branding, software, visual design, trademarks, logos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Appsinity Technologies unless otherwise stated.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of Moppichat or its underlying technology.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected parts of the service except where expressly permitted by law or by Appsinity Technologies.
10. Third-Party Services
Moppichat may interact with third-party services, platforms, APIs, hosting providers, payment systems, authentication providers, or other technologies.
