5. Messaging Privacy
MoppiChat supports private direct messages and group/community conversations. Messages are stored to provide chat functionality.
MoppiChat uses encryption features provided through Firebase and related technologies. Appsinity Technologies does not routinely access or monitor private user messages.
Public communities and spaces may be visible to other users depending on their privacy settings.
6. Media Uploads
Users may upload photos, videos, audio files, documents, and profile pictures. Uploaded content may be stored using Firebase Cloud Storage, Cloudinary, or Appsinity Technologies' own VPS infrastructure.
7. App Permissions
MoppiChat may request the following permissions:
- Camera permission for taking or uploading photos and videos
- Microphone permission for audio, voice messages, and calls
- Notification permission for message and activity alerts
- Storage permission for selecting and uploading media or documents

9. Payments and Purchases
MoppiChat may offer in-app purchases or premium features through Google Play Billing. Payment details are processed by Google. Appsinity Technologies does not directly store your payment card information.
10. Data Storage and Security
User data may be stored using Firebase Firestore, Firebase Cloud Storage, Cloudinary, and Appsinity Technologies VPS servers located in Mumbai, India.
We use reasonable security measures to protect user information. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.
11. Data Retention and Account Deletion
Your account data may be retained for as long as your account remains active.
When you delete your account, your account information, email address, and associated personal data will be deleted from our servers as soon as reasonably possible.
Some data may be retained if required for legal, safety, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.
12. Children's Privacy
MoppiChat is intended for users aged 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

MoppiChat includes reporting, blocking, ignoring, and moderation tools to help keep the platform safe.

Our own VPS infrastructure is located in Mumbai, India. Some third-party service providers, such as Google and Firebase, may process data in other countries where they operate.
